4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients are responsible for reviewing and adhering to our booking, cancellation, and no-show policies, which may be posted separately or communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of deposits or full service charges.

5. Warranties & Client Responsibilities
Ocean Bri Massage & Spa makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from services or products.
By receiving services, you acknowledge that:
You have disclosed all relevant health conditions, injuries, medications, and sensitivities
You understand services are provided at your own discretion and risk
You are responsible for communicating comfort levels and boundaries during sessions
Retail products are sold “as is,” and any manufacturer warranties apply solely through the manufacturer.
